What we run
If it is legal and it fits on a boda, we will go get it.
How it goes
Regular errands? Go on a plan
Cheaper per run, and you skip the queue.
One person, not a platform
Most errand services in Nairobi hand your parcel to whoever is nearest and hope for the best. Alisend does not work that way. Alisen runs your errand herself, calls you herself, and answers for it herself.
That is the whole idea, and it is why her name is in the brand. When you hand over keys, cash for shopping or a sealed envelope, you should know exactly whose hands they are in.
Questions
How do I pay?
Mpesa Send Money to 0701661111, once the errand is done and you are happy. Nothing upfront. For shopping runs you refund what she actually spent, receipt and all, on top of the fare.
Who actually runs the errand?
Alisen does. She is the person behind the name, and she handles your errand from the first message to the last photo. You will always know who has your parcel, your documents or your keys, because it is the same person every time. As things grow she will bring on help, and you will be told who they are before they touch anything of yours.
How is the fare worked out?
By stage, the same way a matatu fare works. Every road out of town has fixed stages with fixed rates, all measured from the CBD. Trips that skip town cost a little more because it is two legs. Peak hours carry a small surcharge on the longer routes.
How fast?
Town and inner estates, same day, usually within two hours. Anything past the bypass or after 4pm may roll to the next morning. We tell you honestly before you commit, not after.
What will you not carry?
Cash, live animals, anything illegal, anything fragile without proper packaging, and anything you cannot describe to us clearly. Documents and small parcels are our bread and butter.
Do you go outside Nairobi?
We dispatch upcountry through the matatu saccos. You pay the sacco charge on top of our fare to the stage. Thika, Juja, Athi River, Kitengela, Ngong, Kikuyu and Kiambu are all on the fare list already.
What do you need done?
Tap one. Details come in a moment.
Where to where?
Pick the nearest stage on each end. Close enough is fine, Alisen will call for the exact spot.
Tell us the details
The more specific, the fewer phone calls.
How do we reach you?
We confirm this fare on the phone before anyone moves. Shopping money and sacco charges are separate.
Everything we run
Grouped by the kind of day you are having. Nothing here needs a contract, just send it.

Thirteen roads out of town, priced by stage. Every fare is measured from the Nairobi CBD.
Peak hours are 6.30 to 9.30 in the morning and 4.30 to 7.30 in the evening, Monday to Friday. Fares are one leg from town. Errands that skip the CBD are quoted as the longer leg plus half the shorter one.

If you send something more than twice a week, a plan is cheaper.
